Data Mining

Many RSLs have a wealth of data which isn’t always being put to the best use.

It frequently takes the form of a home-grown Access stock survey database plus a collection of Excel files on energy efficiency, gas boiler service contracts, painting schedules, maintenance plans and similar issues.

Much of this information is required for a Scottish Housing Quality Standard analysis but it’s often difficult to locate and collate such scattered data.

The optional maintenance planning module enables you to carry out what-if analyses in order to optimise proposed major repair programmes whilst the optional asbestos hazards module keeps detailed records of all asbestos-related risks within your housing stock.
